Information We May Process
SDMC may process information required to operate its organizational, member, and administrative systems.
Depending on the features you use, this may include your Roblox user ID, username, display name, avatar, group memberships, group ranks, departments, units records, awards, applications, and organizational history.
Roblox Authentication
SDMC may use Roblox authentication services to identify members and provide account-specific features.
Authentication credentials handled directly by Roblox are not intended to be collected or stored by SDMC.
Information You Submit
SDMC may process information submitted through applications, support requests, reports, personnel forms, administrative tools, or other platform features.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate the member portal, determine organizational access, display rank and department information, maintain personnel records, process applications, administer awards, provide support, maintain audit logs, and protect the platform.
Public Information
Certain organizational information may be publicly visible, including Roblox usernames, public group memberships, department roles, ranks, or other information already publicly available through Roblox.
Internal administrative or sensitive organizational information should remain restricted to authorized users.

SDMC uses third-party infrastructure and services to operate. These may include Roblox services, hosting providers, database services, source-code hosting, and authentication providers.

SDMC uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect account sessions, administrative systems, and stored organizational information.
Data Retention
